Regent Hall Band of The Salvation Army

Regent Hall Band is part of The Salvation Army located at its church at 275 Oxford Street, London

Join us for
Sunday worship

Our meetings are at 11am and 3pm. We hold open air meetings from 10am at various locations around Oxford Street and from 2pm at Argyll Street (by Oxford Circus Underground exit) each Sunday.

Have a look at our blog to see all that’s been happening in the Regent Hall church family. We have a busy programme - see our newsletter - with our senior choir (the Regent Hall Songsters) and young peoples’ music sections, both band and choir, and a worship group - all working to support the services on a Sunday.

Each Friday lunch-time a concert takes place, with guest musicians. Everyone is welcome - why not pop in for lunch in our cafe as well!

We have a community gospel choir, W1, that is open to all. It meets on Mondays at 7pm. Feel free to come if you would to have a sing.

You can call The Salvation Army Regent Hall on 020 7629 5424.

Our corps officers (Ministers) are Majors Richard and Caroline Mingay and our Associate Officer is Captain Alison Stone.

BM steve hanover

On Sunday 1 July Steve Hanover will retire from leadership of the Regent Hall Band after 24 years as Bandmaster. We are grateful to Steve for his tireless commitment to the mission of the corps and the band. He has been inspiring and innovative.

We mark his leadership in true Steve-style by presenting a charity concert at 4pm on Sunday 1 July. The funds raised will support Salvation Army health projects and Cancer Research UK through the Life of Lynda Fund.

Steve will hand over leadership to our current Deputy BM, Paul Sharman.
